- Smoke, An estimated 40 percent of children exposed to smoke at home, which is bad for health. Do not let people smoke at home. If there are family members of smokers, make sure they smoke outside the home and a new re-entry after a few minutes outside.
Pest Control
Using pesticides to eradicate the germs and bacteria constantly on the health risk. As an alternative, control the development of germs and bacteria to maintain the house clean, wash dishes thoroughly, keep food in tightly closed, and close the gaps that allow insects and other pests to enter the house.
Water
Tap water is often safer than bottled drinking water. However, caution is also on the content of hazardous chemicals and toxic substances in it. Use a water filter and replace it regularly.
Cooking Tools
Teflon and nonstick cookware may be more practical and helpful cooking tasks. But, not necessarily good for health. Teflon chemicals derived from polytetrafluoroethylene (PFTE) which releases toxic gases when heated. These gases can cause cancer and other health problems. If you cook with Teflon, we recommend using at low temperature. Or, choose from steel cookware or cast iron.
Cleaner and Purifier
Cleaning house equipment (hard or liquid) on the market contains many harmful chemicals. We recommend using a cleanser that is relatively safe to health, which does not contain petroleum, phosphate-free, and can be recycled. Make your own household cleaning can be a choice, like Baking Soda (cleaning rust) and Vinegar (remove fat and bleach).
